​The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will play the supporting key role in the operation of our restaurant. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.

You have two primary roles as a District Manager. Your principal role is to support the long-term development of your RGMs. Your second role is to ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and positive experience in our restaurants. You know how to run a great restaurant, and you are the eyes of the customer for our RGMs. Observe, ask, and listen. Teach your RGMs what you know so that they can grow their business.
